Credit Card Payments
We do not gather, store or process any credit card information, we use a 3rd party financial services gateway, PayPal. Paypal is SSL encrypted and accepts most major credit cards. Customers do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. We at Moondust And Angels cannot at any stage of the payment process view customers credit card details. We do accept offline payments if you prefer. Either UK cheques or UK postal orders are acceptable.

Payment Details
Paypal is a safe and secure way of paying for your purchases. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still pay through Paypal with your credit card. We also accept UK Cheques, UK Postal Orders and UK Bankers Drafts.
We are Paypal Verified.
 Postage and Packaging
Shipping
We offer several shipping methods. If you do not see a shiping method you would prefer OR you feel that the shipping charges are too much please contact us so that we can try and we will do our best to help.
Shipping/Postal Charges vary depending on where you live. Some items on site are Free to UK addresses. Starting from a standard £3.30 for smaller items and for heavier items a surcharge will be added at checkout and marked clearly before finalising the purchase. If you have any questions about postal charges please contact us.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of you placing them. So if you place an order on a Monday morning the latest we will dispatch it is Thursday. This is subject to unforeseen events such as postal strikes and stock availability. Any items which are not in stock will be back ordered however customers will be refunded in full if they do not wish to wait for back order deliveries.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order a full refund will be given.
We will keep you informed of the process of your order through each step.
Returns Policy
Moondust and Angels want our customers to have a happy shopping experience and are confident that you will be delighted with your purchases. We are aware that there will be occasions when customers will want to return goods and we offer no quibble money back gurantee on products if they are returned within 7 days. In the event of faulty goods we offer a replacement or credit voucher.
We offer a full refund or replacement on all goods if they are returned within 7 days of receipt. If you do decide you want to return your purchase please contact us to advise us of this within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Please contact us for delivery instructions before returning items. Failure to do so may result in us refusing the refund or replacement.
Refunds do not include postage. All products must be returned complete and undamaged.
Please note : CD's, DVD's which have had the cellophane removed are not liable for a refund unless found to be faulty.
Pierced earrings are also exempt according to UK Consumer Law.
