We offer a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee on our products. We cannot accept items which have been damaged in transit, our packaging is excellent to ensure that no breakages occur. We offer free UK delivery on the majority of our products, some items do have a small postal charge due to weight etc. If you wish to claim against breakages in transit we advise you to pay extra for recorded delivery. It is very rare for items to be lost or broken.
Please keep in mind that the items may appear larger in pictures, as we have tried to show as much detail of the products as possible, please always check the size or measurement in the product descriptions. Colours shown on your monitor may also be slightly different from the actual colour of the products.
If you received any of our products that are not as described, you can return them in unused, original condition.
